What’s important to us
Rewards & benefits
We are passionate about fostering an inclusive team which is why we arrange a variety of activities such as Family Day, Mental Health Awareness Week and Team Social Events. All employees are given 2 paid volunteering days a year. These days can be organised personally, or group volunteering days are arranged by our internal Charity Committee.
At Swiss Life Asset Managers UK, we place value on fair, market-rate compensation, which is why every employee receives an annual salary appraisal. In addition to the basic salary, compensation consists of a discretionary bonus dependent on the company's success and personal performance. We recognise that a positive working relationship is not all about compensation - so we also provide all our employees with a comprehensive benefits programme.
We want to ensure you feel comfortable in your future which is why, in addition to our competitive compensation package, we provide enhanced contributions to your pension plan. We also provide life assurance, Group Income Protection and season ticket loans.
The health and wellbeing of you and your family is important to us. We offer an employee assistance programme for all employees and their immediate family, plus wellness services (including an online GP). We also have a private company doctor and pay for eye examinations, with a contribution towards glasses.
We want to support you through your family journey, which is why we offer enhanced parental leave and workplace nursery provision for children up to the age of 5 years old.
Having a good work/life balance is important. This is why we offer extended leave for employees who have worked for us for either 5 years or 10 years and offer additional holiday for every 2 years worked with us.
We also offer travel insurance for you and your immediate family and participate in the cycle-to-work scheme.
We cater to our employees’ individual needs and aim to create the very best conditions possible. At Swiss Life Asset Managers UK, you can collaborate with your manager to determine the right working model for you (e.g. flexible working hours, mobile office, etc.).
For us, our employees are more than just employees: they are valuable talent, and we want to develop them as much as possible. We’ve founded our in-house AM Academy for training and development with this aim in mind. In addition, we offer support for external training and development.
